Delivering NI 187 for Vale of White Horse District Council

USEA has taken the hassle out of NI 187 reporting for Vale of the White Horse District Council for the last two years, at a very reasonable cost.

We supplied the Council with the questionnaires required to collect the data plus a template letter and free post return envelopes. We handled the returns and checked and corrected questionnaires prior to sending them for scanning. This helped maximise the response rate. We fed back all the information the Council needed to report to the Government Office for the South East (GOSE).

The local authority saw an improvement in their results over the two years. There was an increase in the number of properties achieving a high energy efficiency rating and a decrease in the number achieving a low energy efficiency rating.

USEA were available after the report had been produced, for additional clarification and support. Vale of the White Horse District Council required additional analysis on their results, which USEA completed without any additional costs.

The final stage of the service is to contact all residents who agreed offering further advice. This is currently underway.
